Role overview

This Sales Manager position gives you access to the full combined portfolio, including identity infrastructure, data onboarding, and Zeotap Data audience segments. You will create and manage your own market coverage across agencies, brand-direct clients, retail media networks, and AdTech platform partners. The role is suited to someone at an early stage in an AdTech career who wants to strengthen commercial skills, learn from an experienced team of 10 sellers across EU5, and grow into ownership of revenue targets.

What you will do

  • Run the complete sales process from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and final closure across the three customer groups.
  • Develop pipeline through direct outreach, industry events, partnerships, and relationships with agencies.
  • Help drive the full deal cycle by contacting agencies and brands, leading discovery conversations, delivering product demonstrations, preparing commercial proposals, and partnering with Product and Customer Success to win new business.
  • Keep CRM data, pipeline forecasts, and sales reports accurate in HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings to generate leads and raise visibility in the market.
  • Bring back market and customer insights that support product development, competitive positioning, and commercial planning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, platforms, and data partners across the AdTech and MarTech landscape.
  • Work toward quarterly and annual revenue goals while helping maintain a healthy pipeline.

Target customer segments

You will sell to three main groups. For agencies, this includes large agency groups and trading desks managing programmatic spend across many client accounts. For brands and retail media networks, you will engage global advertisers and retailers that need post-cookie audience reach and identity infrastructure to connect first-party shopper data to digital advertising environments. Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, agency sales, or a related digital media environment.
  • Exposure to digital advertising, programmatic media, audience targeting, identity, or data-driven marketing.
  • Early evidence of business development ability, such as pipeline creation, target achievement, or deal closure.
  • Comfort working in consultative or multi-stakeholder sales situations.
  • Ability to manage several opportunities simultaneously and handle commercial discussions with confidence.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for conversations with decision-makers at brand, agency, and platform level.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools for forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Self-driven, well organised, and able to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-moving international setting.
  • Familiarity with the EU5 market and the wider DACH region.
  • German language ability at B2 level or higher is strongly preferred.
