Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager position based in Doha, Qatar. The role is responsible for leading the real estate sales team, setting clear targets, tracking performance, and driving revenue and growth outcomes. You will shape and execute sales plans, manage important client relationships, and support prospects throughout the full sales journey from lead generation to deal closure.
Key responsibilities
You will mentor and train sales consultants, monitor pipeline activity and sales reporting, and keep regular track of market movements and competitor activity. The role also requires close coordination with marketing and operations to align campaigns, strengthen the client experience, and maintain high standards of service, compliance, and professionalism.
Qualifications and experience
The ideal candidate should bring proven experience in real estate sales or property brokerage, along with prior exposure to team leadership or management. Strong negotiation, closing, and conflict-resolution abilities are important, as is the capability to work with high-value clients and varied stakeholders. A good understanding of market pricing, trends, and competition is needed to support forecasting and sales planning.
Tools, communication, and leadership
Applicants should be comfortable using CRM platforms, sales reporting tools, and basic digital systems for lead tracking and follow-up. Strong communication and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team. A professional, integrity-driven, and customer-first approach is essential.
Education, market knowledge, and language
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a similar discipline is preferred, though equivalent professional experience may also be considered. Familiarity with the GCC or Doha real estate market is highly desirable, and previous experience in the UAE or Qatar will be an advantage. Fluency in English is required, while additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.

A valid driving license is required, as the role involves attending property viewings and client meetings across Doha when needed.
