Role overview
We are looking for a Scrum Master to support agile software development teams in Wetzlar/Hüttenberg. The position is set at 35 hours per week, is permanent, and can be started immediately. This role may also be filled on a part-time basis.

Key responsibilities
- Guide and facilitate agile workflows within our software development teams in line with Scrum practices.
- Strengthen team self-organization and support accountable, independent team structures.
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain the backlog and ensure requirements are implemented in a focused and effective way.
- Coach and train teams in agile principles and methods.
- Ensure that agile processes are followed within the Scrum teams.
- Remove blockers and actively promote continuous improvement.
Candidate profile
- Completed degree or vocational training in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Professional experience as a Scrum Master or solid experience in IT project management with an agile focus.
- Hands-on experience with software solutions and familiarity with agile methods and tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
- Certification in agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master, is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork, empathy, and the ability to support teams in a motivating and respectful way.
- Independent, accurate working style with strong analytical thinking.

Additional information
The role is based in Wetzlar/Hüttenberg and is offered as a permanent full-time position with 35 hours per week. A part-time arrangement is also possible. The earliest start date is immediately.
