Role Overview

Oxygen Digital Shop is hiring a Service Coordinator to oversee customer service cases and ensure smooth coordination between customers, field engineers, and branch teams. This role focuses on keeping service requests organized, resolved on time, and recorded accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer service requests and complaints through O2 Care.
• Serve as the main contact for communication among customers, service engineers, and branch staff.
• Plan and allocate service visits to technicians based on their area, urgency of the issue, and technical fit.
• Track service jobs until completion and make sure all work is closed with proper records.
• Keep service information updated in the ERP system without errors.
• Reach out to customers after the service visit to check satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Prepare daily and monthly service performance summaries for management.
• Ensure all work follows company service guidelines, warranty rules, and O2 Protection plans.
