Role Overview

The company is hiring a Site Engineer to oversee construction activities at project locations and ensure that execution stays aligned with drawings, specifications, quality expectations, and site timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track the day-to-day construction work at the site.
• Make sure all work follows approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality requirements.
• Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and on-site teams to keep the project moving smoothly.
• Monitor progress regularly and help ensure assigned tasks are completed on schedule.
• Carry out site checks and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Handle daily progress updates, material reconciliation, and other site records.
• Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, and billing teams to support project milestones.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site while using manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• Candidates should have a B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction site execution is required.
• Experience across residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Applicants should understand construction methods, site supervision, and quality practices.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project documentation is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities are important.
• The role requires willingness to work at project sites and travel as needed.
