Spanish Language Trainer

Role Overview

Adamas University is looking for an enthusiastic Spanish Language Trainer who can conduct engaging classes for students and working professionals. The role calls for a strong command of Spanish along with prior teaching experience in an academic setting or a language training institute.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Spanish training from beginner to advanced levels, covering reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with academic needs and placement goals.
• Prepare, run, and assess quizzes, tests, and interactive learning exercises.
• Conduct language lab sessions and speaking practice workshops focused on pronunciation and fluency.
• Track learner progress and share clear, constructive feedback.
• Encourage interest in Spanish-speaking cultures and support cross-cultural learning.
• Maintain class records, documentation for lessons, and student progress reports.
• Work with academic teams to align language training with broader institutional objectives.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong Spanish proficiency, with at least B2 level and preference for C1 level.
• Solid command of Spanish grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Good spoken and written communication in both Spanish and English.
• Experience teaching in classrooms or online learning environments.
• Ability to engage learners and build strong interpersonal connections.
• Skill in creating learning content and structuring lesson plans.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Spanish or a related field, which will be considered an advantage. A certification equivalent to DELF B2 or higher is also preferred. Prior experience teaching or training in a school, college, or language institute is expected. Familiarity with digital teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or an LMS will be an added benefit.

Compensation

The offered pay is INR 3,00,000 to 8,00,000 per year.
