Sr. Executive - Packing

Role Overview

This position is part of Kimberly-Clark’s manufacturing function and supports the delivery of products for well-known global brands. The role is centered on packing operations, production efficiency, safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced plant environment.

What the Role Involves

You will oversee offline packing activities to ensure SKU-wise packing plans are completed on time and in full against daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Safety and product quality are expected to remain non-negotiable priorities throughout the work.

• Manage packing operations end to end, including equipment allocation, grade changeovers, and machine maintenance coordination.
• Work with other departments to keep packing lines running smoothly and efficiently.
• Track machine output, material loss, and manpower deployment, and maintain management information reports.
• Lead efforts to reduce waste in both products and packing materials, and support related improvement projects.
• Plan workforce usage effectively, train team members on safe working practices, quality systems, and machine handling, and assist with packaging development trials.
• Ensure packing machines and related activities are operated safely.
• Maintain packing quality standards and make sure quality management system requirements are consistently followed.

Manufacturing Scope

The role supports continuous manufacturing operations across five high-speed, fully automated production lines for Baby Care and Feminine Care products. The environment requires 24x7 plant continuity, strong process discipline, and reliable execution in a high-change, high-turnover setting.

Key Performance Areas

• Safety: Follow company safety rules and conduct audits, trainings, and GEMBA observations to identify hazards and promote a zero-injury culture.
• Quality: Follow QMS and GMP standards, monitor defects, quarantine nonconforming goods, and keep the operation audit-ready.
• Packing Operations: Ensure in-full, on-time SKU delivery by managing machines, manpower, SOP compliance, and coordination across functions.
• Productivity and Waste: Improve efficiency through time studies, manpower optimization, equipment health improvements, and process enhancements.
• Cost and Innovation: Support cost-reduction, process-improvement, and packaging innovation initiatives that improve margin and performance.
