About the Role
Bestseller Retail Ireland Limited is hiring a flexible Store Manager for the VERO MODA store at The Crescent, Limerick. The company is seeking someone motivated, enthusiastic, and comfortable working across both weekdays and weekends.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the store’s daily operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Drive sales performance and achieve KPI objectives.
- Inspire and support the team to meet and exceed targets.
- Deliver a strong customer experience at all times.
- Lead, coach, and train staff so they can perform at their best.
- Maintain effective stock control and inventory management.
- Support marketing activity, promotions, and store growth initiatives.
- Build a positive working environment for customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Keep housekeeping standards at the expected level.
- Ensure all health, safety, hygiene, and security procedures are followed in line with company policy and legal obligations.
- Work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior management experience in fashion is preferred.
- Strong planning and organisational ability with a clear approach to setting goals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
- Good numerical and analytical capability.
- Confident leadership and team management skills.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekdays and weekends.
