Red Swan Pizza is hiring a Store Manager for its retail operation in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Language Requirement

Work Mode

Key Duties
- Oversee and steer the store’s day-to-day activities.
- Assess how daily operations are running and identify improvements.
- Organize and schedule routine operational tasks.
- Lead team members and allocate work assignments.
- Review market data and industry patterns to understand customer demand, likely sales levels, and how competitors may affect sales performance.
- Decide which goods and services will be offered for sale.
- Identify, source, and purchase merchandise intended for resale.
- Handle operational problems such as customer inquiries, complaints, and supply gaps.
- Oversee office personnel and volunteers.
