Role Overview

Panda Restaurant Group is hiring seasoned leaders to join its store management team in Winter Garden, Florida. This role oversees the day-to-day performance of one location and is focused on building strong operations, developing associates, and delivering an excellent guest experience. What You Will Handle

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for running a single store from end to end. Your work will include hiring team members, guiding and supervising associates, and driving the business toward its financial targets while maintaining high service standards.

Training and Development

Work Environment and Physical Expectations

This position requires working in a fast-paced restaurant setting where temperatures may be high near steam tables and cooking equipment. The workspace can be tight, noise levels can be elevated, and storage areas may be limited. Employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods, work quickly while maintaining accuracy, prepare both hot and cold food items, use kitchen knives and other tools, and lift up to 50 lbs. The role also calls for clear verbal communication, adaptability, and the ability to handle changing priorities and difficult situations.

Eligibility and Hiring Details

Applicants should hold a high school diploma. Candidates must also be able to work at a store within a 50-mile radius of the assigned location and maintain a flexible schedule that includes weekends. Food safety certification is required through ServeSafe. Benefits are subject to eligibility rules, and employees must continue to meet those requirements in order to remain eligible.
