Role Overview
Panda Restaurant Group is looking for an experienced leader to oversee one store in Kennewick, WA. In this position, you will run daily operations, guide and develop associates, support financial objectives, and help ensure guests receive a consistently strong experience.
What You’ll Do
- Direct all activities for a single store location.
- Recruit, lead, and manage associates to support business performance.
- Work toward financial targets while maintaining service quality.
- Make sure guests receive excellent, consistent experiences.
Training and Development
The company provides a store leadership training program lasting 8 or more weeks to help prepare you for the role. You will also receive mentorship, hands-on learning, and ongoing leadership development support.

Requirements
- High school diploma is required.
- Willingness to work at a store within a 50-mile radius.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Current ServeSafe certification for food safety.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
The role is based in a restaurant setting where work areas can be hot, busy, and noisy. Staff are generally expected to stand for long periods, work quickly and accurately, and handle both hot and cold food preparation. The job may involve using Chinese kitchen knives and other equipment, reaching across 36-inch counters, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Storage is limited, shelving is high, and the environment can change quickly, so strong communication, adaptability, and conflict-handling skills are important.

Compensation Details
The pay range for this position is $29 to $32 per hour. Actual pay depends on factors such as work location and experience. Bonus payouts are not guaranteed and may be changed or ended by the employer at any time.
