Role Overview

Lineage is hiring several Storeperson - Evening Shift team members for its Tauriko facility in Tauranga. This is an onsite full-time role supporting cold storage operations in a fast-paced environment.

The shift runs from 2:30am to 1:00am and follows a four-days-on, four-days-off roster. There is also an expectation to work most public holidays when they fall on your rostered days.

Key Duties

The role focuses on warehouse and store operations within a frozen and chilled environment. Accuracy, safe work practices, and a strong work ethic are essential.

• Prior forklift operating experience is essential; reach truck experience is an advantage.
• A positive, energetic, and enthusiastic approach to work.
• Clear communication skills and a constructive attitude.
• Physical fitness, including the ability to handle cartons weighing up to 27 kg.
• Experience using barcode scanners would be beneficial.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• A reliable work history and good attendance record.
• Comfort working in frozen and chilled conditions.
• Genuine interest in contributing to a forward-thinking and growing organisation.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.

Selection Conditions

Appointment is subject to referee checks and a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing. The company maintains a strict drug- and alcohol-free workplace policy.
