Role Overview

This opportunity is for a permanent Systems Engineer role within the Service and Support group. The position supports worldwide customers and reports to the Director of Technical Operations. Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or another related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in IT support.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Linux server environments, whether on-premise or cloud-based.
  • Working knowledge of technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, Exchange or Office Online (O365), MS SQL, MS Azure, VMware, and IIS.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols, including advanced IP routing, IP telephony, unified communications, virtualization, and storage technologies.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications are preferred.
  • Basic to intermediate coding ability in C#, Java, or PowerShell is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with a proactive approach to reliable production systems.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Very good English communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing.
