Role Overview
An expanding global SaaS company operating in the identity verification sector is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring from Dublin City Centre in a hybrid setup. This role sits at the center of a period of significant growth and offers substantial independence, direct partnership with senior stakeholders, and the chance to personally source high-caliber talent across international markets.
The ideal person is a hands-on recruiter who enjoys end-to-end ownership, takes pride in filling roles directly, and is motivated by finding exceptional candidates in competitive technical talent pools.
What Success in This Role Looks Like
- You manage hiring as a self-directed delivery specialist, taking responsibility for requisition closure from start to finish.
- You are comfortable working across time zones and adapting to hiring needs in the US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- You actively uncover passive talent through direct sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and specialist tech communities.
- You build trusted, consultative relationships with engineering and business leaders while working within a lean HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including role intake, sourcing, screening, offer handling, and pre-boarding, for Product, Engineering, Tech, GTM, and Corporate positions.
- Identify and engage passive candidates, building strong pipelines across areas such as Backend, Frontend, DevOps, SRE, and Product Management.
- Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to clarify role requirements, benchmark compensation, and align on candidate evaluation standards.
- Run structured interviews and screenings using scorecards to support fair, consistent, and evidence-based hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with the Dublin HR Manager and international HR colleagues in the US and Serbia to keep cross-border hiring efficient, compliant, and well coordinated.
Candidate Profile
- You bring 2 to 3+ years of in-house recruitment experience and have a proven record of independently filling roles.
- You are skilled in direct sourcing and have successfully headhunted passive candidates without depending on external agencies.
- You work well in lean, fast-moving, distributed teams and can operate with strong self-management and accountability.
- You have a solid understanding of ATS platforms and recruitment analytics, with experience in high-growth SaaS or technology environments preferred.
- Experience hiring technical talent such as Engineering, DevOps, or AI/ML across global markets in the US, EMEA, or APAC is a plus.
