About the Role
Arnold Kuthe Entertainment GmbH operates Wintergarten Berlin, one of Europe’s most respected dinner theaters and variety venues. The house stages captivating variety productions along with memorable gala and special events that create a distinctive experience for guests.
To further develop the ticketing function both strategically and in day-to-day operations, the company is looking for a committed and reliable Teamlead Ticketing (m/w/d/x) as soon as possible. The role is available in full-time or part-time and is based on-site in Berlin.
What You Will Do
You will take ownership of the full ticket sales process for Wintergarten Varieté Berlin. This includes technical system administration, direct guest consultation, and the continued strategic improvement of ticketing. In addition, you will lead the box office and service team, ensure smooth daily operations, and act as an important link, especially with the Marketing/Communication/Sales department.
Requirements
- You should enjoy working with customers by phone, email, and in person at the theater box office.
- Strong hands-on experience with EVENTIM.Inhouse is required.
- Exposure to other ticketing platforms is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a consistently service-minded approach are essential.
- You need to stay resilient under pressure and present yourself confidently in demanding situations.
- Interest in variety shows, theater, and live entertainment is important for success in this role.
- Regular availability in the evenings, on weekends, and during public holidays is expected.
- Previous experience in CRM and in creating as well as interpreting reports is beneficial.
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working is required.
