About the role
This opportunity is with the regional training centre of India’s leading passenger car manufacturer in Bengaluru. The role focuses on building technical capability in automotive service and support teams through structured training and demonstrations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions focused on automotive concepts and practical service skills.
- Demonstrate car servicing procedures in a clear, hands-on manner.
- Coach teams on post-sales service practices and customer support standards.
- Train technicians in vehicle maintenance methods and repair workflows.
Competencies needed
- Strong verbal communication and presentation ability.
- Solid understanding of automobiles and vehicle systems.
