Kindlewood Tutoring is a premium, outcome-focused tutoring team that prioritizes academic excellence over simple availability. The organization works only with high-achieving tutors who meet strict standards and can deliver personalized support to students from Prep through VCE. Every educator is covered by a Working With Children Check requirement.

Role Summary

This opportunity is for outstanding VCE graduates and university students who have a deep command of their subjects. Tutors are paired with students from Year 1 to Year 12 according to both the student’s learning needs and the tutor’s subject strengths. Lessons are expected to be fully customized rather than delivered from a fixed script, with each session aimed at addressing gaps and helping students reach their goals.

Requirements

• You must have an ATAR of 97 or higher, and this result needs to be verified.
• For each VCE subject you plan to teach, you need a raw study score of 40 or above.
• A current Working With Children Check is mandatory.
• You should have strong spoken and written English skills, along with a calm, patient, and responsive teaching approach.
• You need to be dependable and able to commit to regular weekly sessions without frequent turnover.

Additional Information

This role is based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The position is contract-based and onsite. There is no salary or stipend information provided.
