Valet Driver

Role Overview

We are seeking a polished and service-oriented Valet Driver to support daily parking operations and deliver a smooth customer experience. This role involves handling guest vehicles carefully, interacting courteously with customers, and upholding high standards of safety, professionalism, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers courteously when they arrive and when they collect their vehicles.
• Park and return vehicles safely in line with company procedures.
• Perform quick visual checks on vehicles and flag any pre-existing damage.
• Prepare, issue, and track valet tickets with accuracy.
• Safeguard vehicle keys and maintain proper key control at all times.
• Respond to customer questions and provide helpful, professional support.
• Observe traffic rules, safety guidelines, and internal policies during every shift.
• Escalate any incident, collision, or customer complaint to the supervisor without delay.
• Keep the valet zone clean, orderly, and presentable.
• Work closely with teammates to keep operations running efficiently.

Requirements

• A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience in driving or valet parking is preferred.
• Strong spoken English communication skills are needed.
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach are essential.
• Experience driving both automatic and manual cars is an added advantage.
• Candidates should be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors for long periods.
• Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
• A clean driving history and a strong commitment to safety are important.

Preferred Background

• Prior work in valet services, hotels, hospitality venues, malls, airports, or similar customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with handling luxury and premium vehicles is a plus.
