Vineyard Worker

Overview

Keint-He Winery & Vineyards is hiring a vineyard worker to support day-to-day grape growing and harvest activities at its Wellington, Ontario location.

Language

English communication is required for this role.

Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is needed.

Experience

Previous experience is considered an asset, but it is not mandatory.

Work Arrangement

This is an on-site position only. All duties must be carried out at the physical work location, with no remote work option.

Role Responsibilities

• Remove brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas
• Direct new shoots so they grow in the best possible position
• Support the healthy growth and management of vines, canopy, and grapes
• Secure and tie plants as needed
• Carry out weed control
• Pick harvested crops
• Cut horticultural crops
