Warehouse Team Leader

Role Overview

The Warehouse Team Leader will coordinate day-to-day warehouse work and help keep inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch activities running smoothly and efficiently. This position leads a team of around 5 to 10 warehouse operators and ensures tasks are completed safely, accurately, and in line with company procedures and operational priorities.

In the Middle East, REPA is expanding through a regional hub that will include a fulfillment center and offices, supporting commercial growth across the Middle East and neighboring markets.

Key Duties

• Track inbound, storage, picking, packing, and shipping work to make sure accuracy, productivity, and quality expectations are achieved.
• Guide, support, and supervise warehouse operators during daily activities, including on-the-job training when needed.
• Maintain adherence to health, safety, and warehouse rules, contributing to a safe and orderly workplace.
• Help preserve inventory accuracy through stock counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy reporting.
• Review daily operational results and escalate issues or improvement ideas to the Head of Operations.

Qualifications and Skills Needed

Applicants should bring prior exposure to warehouse or logistics operations, along with experience leading or coordinating a small team being an advantage. A solid grasp of inventory control, warehouse workflows, and material handling is important, as is familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and barcode scanning tools. The role also calls for strong organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities, plus the capacity to work in a busy environment while setting priorities effectively. Knowledge of warehouse health and safety practices is also expected.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with working days from Monday to Friday and an 8-hour workday.
