What you will do

• Handle incoming and outgoing vehicle movements across the weighbridge.
• Capture weight readings and record site-related transactions accurately.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and on-site staff as needed.
• Carry out routine administration tasks and prepare reports.
• Follow site rules, compliance requirements, and safety procedures at all times.

What the employer is looking for

The ideal candidate will bring prior weighbridge experience, or relevant background in waste and recycling operations. Strong client-facing communication, reliable data entry, administrative capability, and the ability to coordinate driver flow and traffic on site are important for success in this role.

Experience with weighbridge systems and Microsoft Office is preferred. A proactive mindset and a high level of attention to detail are also key.
