About the internship
House of Ra Vintage & Collectibles is looking for an organized, imaginative operations intern who can support social media content creation, inventory handling, event coordination, and customer outreach. The business curates vintage artifacts, decor, and jewellery, sells through its online store, holds appointment-based viewings, and participates in exhibitions and pop-up fairs across Bangalore.
What you'll do
- Plan and produce Instagram content, including posts, reels, and stories.
- Capture, arrange, and edit product photos and videos for use across digital channels.
- Draft engaging captions and write product descriptions.
- Keep the content calendar updated and maintain an organized library of digital assets.
- Monitor inventory, accept and unpack incoming stock, and maintain accurate records.
- Interact with online followers and customers in person, while supporting ongoing outreach to attract buyers.
- Assist with pop-ups and events by capturing content and helping with packing and logistics.
- Handle occasional administrative errands; travel for these tasks will be reimbursed.
