About the Role

What You Will Do
- Support managers, departments, and colleagues with a range of administrative tasks.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence courteously and professionally.
- Keep physical files and digital records organized, current, and easy to access.
- Assist with entering data, drafting reports, preparing documents, and updating spreadsheets.
- Arrange meetings and appointments, and help manage calendars.
- Prepare and circulate internal notices, memos, and office-related documents.
- Monitor office supplies, manage filing tasks, and take care of general administrative work.
- Contribute to special assignments and other duties requested by management.

- Good planning, organization, and time-management abilities.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Ability to manage several tasks at once and prioritise effectively.
- A positive attitude toward learning, adapting, and developing in an office setting.
- Prior experience in administration, customer service, or general office work is helpful but not essential.
