Job Purpose
This role is centered on keeping the MSEL module line running smoothly and without interruption through stabilization efforts, effective coordination with the team, and smart spare-part planning. The position is aimed at maximizing equipment availability for production while supporting a workplace culture built around safety and sustainability. Using SAP-PM and proven maintenance practices, the person in this role helps improve overall productivity and operational performance in the cluster.
Responsibilities
- Support stabilization work for the MSEL module line and help track improvement results from SQPDCME projects so that completed initiatives reduce operational interruptions.
- Contribute to capability-building activities for the team, encouraging a more skilled, collaborative, and engaged workforce.
- Monitor the effectiveness of SAP-PM usage in spare management, and help optimize spare inventory levels to improve efficiency and shorten lead times.
- Track equipment availability at the MSEL module line and identify the causes of downtime so production can continue reliably.
- Follow milestones linked to the Adani Business Excellence Model and actively support continuous improvement and operational excellence across functions.
Key Stakeholders
Internal: Production Team, Shift Engineers, Cluster Managers, Lead - Module Maintenance, Head - Module Maintenance.
External: Equipment Suppliers, Automation Technology Vendors.
Qualifications
A B.Tech degree is required. A BE/B.Tech qualification is preferred as the desired background.
Experience
The role calls for 2 to 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining automated systems, including PLCs, drives, VFDs, and robotics.

This position is based in Mundra, Gujarat, India and is a full-time, onsite role.
