Description de l'emploi
Company Overview
Paradowski Creative is a full-service agency that works with a wide mix of clients across the world. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, the agency also maintains locations in the United States and Europe, which helps the team collaborate globally and bring broad perspective to its work. Its people operate across disciplines to deliver thoughtful, strategic creative solutions that help brands expand and connect with their audiences. The agency is grounded in curiosity and craftsmanship, with a strong blend of creative energy and strategic focus.
In this role, you will play a meaningful part in how work is delivered. You will support clients, internal teams, and the ideas that keep both moving forward, with real ownership from the start and opportunities to grow as you show initiative.
Role Summary
Paradowski Creative is hiring a full-time Brand Coordinator who is highly organized, proactive, and detail-focused to support brand management work for a major client relationship.
You will act as a day-to-day partner within the client’s brand team, helping oversee brand governance, vendor coordination, trademark workflows, and the operational routines that support consistent brand standards across a large organization. This position requires close collaboration with both agency and client stakeholders, along with preparation, responsiveness, and proactive communication.
Success in this position depends on your ability to work independently, ask questions early, adapt to different communication styles, and build strong working relationships across a complex corporate environment. Over time, you are expected to take on greater ownership of your workstreams.
This is an embedded role with the client team. Renewal and evaluation are handled annually as directed by the client. For employment, coaching, and performance development, you will report to the Paradowski Account Director. Day-to-day priorities and work direction will come from the client brand team.
This opportunity is well suited to someone early in their career with 1–3 years of experience who is organized, curious, and eager to grow within global brand operations.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Governance
- Review and manage the brand request inbox by handling internal submissions for branded materials such as event assets, trade show needs, and internal initiatives; respond to requests, identify missing details, and route approvals when needed.
- Send creative assets through brand review and increasingly identify possible departures from brand standards with confidence over time.
- Keep clear records of incoming requests, timelines, and current status so managers have reliable visibility.
Brand Store and Vendor Management
- Run weekly check-in calls with the brand merchandise vendor and help keep seasonal initiatives and special projects moving on schedule.
- Coordinate timelines for major brand store launches, including seasonal campaigns, special business line orders, and recruiting-related initiatives.
- Build a practical understanding of the brand’s point of view on merchandise requests and gradually contribute informed recommendations.
Trademark Support
- Monitor renewal dates and upcoming trademark needs across the client portfolio.
- Handle communication with legal teams and share important dates and decisions with the right internal partners.
- Help develop and maintain a forward-looking trademark process, including spotting what should be trademarked and when.
Brand Systems
- Help update internal brand resource tools, such as brand guideline hubs and intranet platforms, while coordinating with development or technology teams when needed.
- Document current workflows and identify ways to improve governance and enablement processes.
Process and Reporting
- Observe how work moves through the team and raise ideas or questions that could improve efficiency with both client and Paradowski leadership.
- Over time, support the creation of KPI ideas and reporting structures that measure how effective brand governance is.
- Provide other support to the brand team as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, account coordination, or a similar area.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to juggle several workstreams at once.

- Comfort working in client-facing settings and navigating large organizations with many stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools and willingness to learn new platforms quickly.
- Working knowledge of brand guidelines and the ability to spot when creative work may be off-standard.
- Comfort using AI tools in everyday work.
- Exposure to or experience with vendor management, creative review, or trademark/legal coordination is an advantage.
- BA/BS is required, with marketing, communications, business, or a related area preferred.
- Employment depends on successful completion of a background check.
