About the role

AB InBev Africa is looking for a Business Development Representative to help drive volume growth, expand market share, and strengthen competitiveness through market-focused service in clearly defined segments. The role sits within a culture that values ambition, curiosity, and teamwork.

What you will do

  • Work toward sales targets across the allocated territory.
  • Oversee distributors in the assigned sector, including ordering, payment, and redistribution activities.
  • Make sure the company’s products are consistently available in sufficient stock across customers and retail outlets.
  • Maintain strong merchandising standards, including brand visibility at point of sale and in chillers.
  • Ensure chillers are correctly positioned in high-performing outlets and used only for company products in the designated area.
  • Track and review pricing at retail and sales points to ensure recommended prices are being followed.
  • Keep a close watch on competitor activity and market moves.

What we are looking for
