Role overview
This is a fixed-term engagement for up to 12 months. The role sits within KPMG’s ASPAC regional team, which supports the firm’s broader operational transformation agenda across member firms in the Asia Pacific region. The work involves helping teams adopt new ways of working and contributing to the drive for consistency, collaboration, and innovation.
As a Change Coordinator, you will support the global Integrated Value Chain (IVC) Transformation across ASPAC. The position focuses on shaping and delivering change activities that help move the business toward its future operating model, while working closely with regional and global stakeholders.
What you will do
- Work alongside senior stakeholders and program teams to support change adoption across ASPAC.
- Own the full cycle of change work, including impact analysis, communication planning, training support, and readiness activities.
- Assist with implementation at key stages such as pre-launch, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.
- Build engagement with stakeholders and adapt the change approach to suit local market requirements.
- Track adoption progress, flag potential risks, and help introduce practical solutions that improve results.

Experience and background

- Experience turning strategy into practical change plans that can be implemented effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, including identifying risks and supporting adoption.
