Role Overview

This opening is for a Civil Engineer with a reputed real estate firm based in Vashi, Mumbai. The employer is seeking someone with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience, specifically within real estate projects. The compensation offered is in the range of 7 to 9 lakhs per annum.

Key Technical Areas

• Work with AutoCAD in both 2D and 3D, along with SketchUp for 3D modeling.
• Handle site execution activities, including RCC superstructure work, billing, and surveying.
• Contribute to interior execution and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply QA/QC practices to ensure construction output meets required specifications.
• Support structural design tasks using tools such as Staad.Pro and ETABS.
• Use project planning tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for scheduling and coordination.

Eligibility and Experience

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E. in Civil). Experience must come from the real estate sector; applicants from other industries are not preferred. The role is intended for professionals with 6 to 10 years of experience.
