Role summary

Meta’s Global Business Group is looking for a Client Solutions Manager to partner with major eCommerce advertisers and help them unlock stronger business outcomes through Meta’s advertising ecosystem. This position blends strategic consulting, platform expertise, and analytical thinking to improve campaign performance across performance marketing, app promotion, and measurement solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to convert business goals into practical media plans, guide optimization decisions, and use insights to drive growth for both the client and Meta.

Key responsibilities

  • Work alongside Client Partners to plan and deliver advertising approaches that generate measurable results across Meta’s ad platform.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a go-to advisor for strategy, measurement, and campaign optimization.
  • Review performance data from different sources, identify trends, and turn findings into clear recommendations for clients.
  • Lead experimentation efforts such as conversion lift tests and advanced analytics, then use the outcomes to inform optimization decisions.
  • Help clients understand Meta’s ad products, platform updates, and best practices to deepen the partnership.
  • Own proactive campaign and measurement strategy, including setup, pacing, and ongoing tuning to improve outcomes and investment.
  • Handle account operations, including resolving delivery issues, managing account settings, and escalating technical problems when needed.
