Role overview

The Clinical Data Coordinator position at Alimentiv is based in London, Ontario, with a hybrid/remote work arrangement. Project support

  • Help prepare essential data management documents across study phases, including study start-up, ongoing maintenance, and closeout.
  • Support basic testing of databases and edit checks.
  • Review data and raise queries where needed.
  • Enter data when required.
  • Correct database issues by updating records.
  • Assist with creating SAS requests and checking the resulting outputs.
  • Support data transfer generation and review transfer outputs.
  • Contribute to the completion of activities needed to finalize and hand over the clinical database and related project records to the sponsor.
  • Ensure that approved study documents are properly maintained and stored in the trial master files.

Department support

  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in Data Management and across the broader organization by sharing knowledge and supporting training and learning.
  • Represent and promote Data Management both inside and outside the organization.
