Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Communications Manager position based in Lucknow. The selected professional will shape and execute Safe Society’s communications approach, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging across digital, print, and field-based channels.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves producing and refining a wide range of communication materials, including press releases, social media content, newsletters, campaign assets, and reports, all aligned with the organization’s mission and program focus. The Communications Manager will handle media outreach, work closely with program teams to capture stories and case studies, and contribute to advocacy initiatives and events such as SAMAGAM. They will also track communication performance, safeguard brand consistency, and partner with senior leadership to deepen engagement with donors, collaborators, communities, and government stakeholders.
