About the role
Income Insurance Limited is looking for a Contract Executive, Processing to join the Life and Health Operations function in Singapore. This team supports the delivery of affordable and comprehensive life and health solutions by keeping policy servicing processes accurate, efficient, and customer-focused. The selected candidate will be placed in the Health Policy Servicing team and will report to the manager of the Policy Servicing team.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out servicing transactions for health policies within the required turnaround time, including plan type changes, policy termination, payer changes, and payment method updates.
- Draft and issue letters after the servicing actions have been completed.
- Regularly review and verify work completed by team members.
- Support departmental and cross-functional projects aimed at improving process quality, speed, and overall effectiveness.
- Contribute to company-wide improvement efforts, including updates to letters, work instructions, forms, and system enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications and requirements
- A diploma, degree, or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Prior exposure to the life or health insurance sector, along with relevant insurance certifications, will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the operating environment and common practices used by insurance intermediaries in individual life or health insurance is preferred.
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with careful attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work beyond normal hours when business needs require it.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and several projects at the same time.
