TWO BAY ENTERPRIZES LTD is seeking a skilled Cook to join their team in Moosonee, Ontario, Canada. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Experience
A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant cooking experience is necessary.
Work Setting
The role is situated in a rural, remote location and offers staff accommodation. The work environment includes a cafeteria, catering firm, and fast-food outlet or concession setting.
Responsibilities
The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meals and dishes, including special meals as per dietary instructions. Key duties include inspecting kitchen areas, training staff, managing inventory and supplies, ordering equipment, maintaining records, cleaning workspaces, organizing events like buffets and banquets, and overseeing overall kitchen operations. The role also involves supervising other kitchen staff and helpers.
Supervision
This position may involve supervising general cooks.
Experience and Specialization
Experience with a variety of cuisine specialties is desired, including Cantonese, South Indian, Italian, East Indian, and International cuisines.
