Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position is based in Kampala. The Creative Director will serve as the main driver of Arudem’s creative direction, shaping the look, feel, and overall concept of the brand’s marketing and community-facing work. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to turn ideas into compelling creative output that feels cohesive, intentional, and relevant to the audience and culture around gaming.

Creative Leadership and Brand Direction

In this role, you will define the creative vision for campaigns, brand initiatives, and experiential concepts across gaming, esports, interactive experiences, and related projects. You will help maintain a strong and recognizable brand identity, guide design execution, and make sure all content and touchpoints stay aligned with the brand. You will also support and mentor designers and artists, oversee timelines and workflows, and provide constructive direction to keep projects moving smoothly.
