Role overview
XOtech, LLC is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support client implementation work and maintain operational and integrity-focused data systems. The role centers on extracting, cleaning, analyzing, and reporting data to improve logistics execution and support informed decision-making.
The position involves advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining to uncover trends, relationships, and patterns that can improve operational outcomes. It also includes contributing to data strategy by protecting data quality and accuracy, and helping build interactive dashboards in tools such as Tableau or Power BI. A key part of the job is turning technical results into clear, audience-friendly insights for non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Handle data processing and analysis tasks end to end.
- Support predictive modeling work so assignments are completed successfully.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and system rollout activities.
- Work closely with government and company stakeholders as needed.
- Assess the strengths and gaps of programs and activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Perform data mining, statistical modeling, and machine learning work.
- Use Microsoft productivity and automation tools, including the full MS Office suite and Power BI.
- Track projects to help ensure milestones and goals are achieved.
- Organize, schedule, and manage tasks efficiently.
- Communicate findings clearly in both written and verbal form.
- Stay organized while handling multiple priorities at once.
Required qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Army logistics or Army analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or a related discipline.
- Active Secret Clearance is required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to gain and keep installation access.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Preferred background
- Previous data analytics experience within the U.S. Army.
- Background in Army logistics or supply chain analysis.
- Experience with Army STAMIS platforms, including GCSS-A and Vantage.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.
- Ability to create graphics and visual materials.
Security and compliance
- Secret Clearance is mandatory.
- Candidate must meet all installation access requirements.
- Completion of all required government training is expected.
