Role overview

This position focuses on enhancing customer prediction and segmentation models, building AI-driven solutions, and improving the analytical foundation used for product, process, and strategic decisions.

What you'll do

• Refine existing customer forecasting and profiling models using statistical and mathematical techniques.
• Design, implement, and deploy AI models and related advanced use cases.
• Develop analytical decision support that helps improve customer profitability and informs product and process strategy.
• Build and keep improving a statistically robust real-time contact-control framework, including strategy and rule design.
• Maintain and expand the use of the BAP/Tableau platform.

What we're looking for

• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a natural sciences discipline with a Data Science and Machine Learning focus.
• Several years of practical experience in modelling and data management.
• Strong working knowledge of Python, Git, and SAS.
• Experience using Tableau or another data visualization tool.
• A practical, hands-on way of working.
• Empathy and enthusiasm for modern, agile ways of working.
