This permanent full-time position is based in Sydney and requires 50% office attendance. The role sits within the Digital Business area, where a hybrid group of content managers, digital producers and journey optimisation specialists works on creating strong digital experiences for business customers across commbank.com.au, the CommBank app, NetBank and other important digital channels.

The position is suited to someone who combines content expertise with a data-led mindset and enjoys improving website journeys, personalisation and optimisation outcomes. The focus is on producing and refining digital content that is useful, engaging, accessible and aligned to business goals.

What you will do

  • Use data, user research and SEO findings to suggest improvements to content structure, customer journeys and the overall experience.
  • Create and refine short, clear, customer-focused copy that follows the organisation’s digital style standards.
  • Build and publish content in Adobe Experience Manager while following best-practice digital publishing and accessibility requirements.
  • Set, track and review core metrics and KPIs to keep improving customer experiences over time.
  • Assist with targeted content initiatives and digital A/B testing in Adobe Target.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and project teams to improve the business banking website and the related content experience.

What you need to bring

The ideal candidate should be highly detail-oriented, comfortable solving problems, and able to recommend practical best-practice solutions for digital experiences. You should have strong experience across SEO, analytics, digital marketing and content writing or editing.

Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager is required, along with familiarity with the wider Adobe suite. Experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics is preferred. Exposure to conversion optimisation tools such as Pega, Adobe Target or Adobe Audience Manager is also highly desirable.

Success in this role also depends on strong stakeholder management skills, clear verbal and written communication, and experience working in agile teams.
