Role overview
A prominent organization in the Oil & Gas sector is looking for a senior Director of Analytics to lead the GDAC Analytics Team. The position calls for a proven leader who can shape strategy, accelerate growth, and strengthen the impact of analytics and AI across the business.
What you will do
- Set the overall direction for the GDAC Analytics Team and provide senior-level leadership.
- Build and deliver the analytics strategy and roadmap so it supports wider business priorities.
- Guide and develop cross-functional teams working across analytics and artificial intelligence.
- Introduce innovative approaches using advanced analytics, AI, and data-led solutions.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and turn them into measurable business outcomes.
- Maintain strong governance, quality standards, and established best practices across analytics workstreams.
What the role needs
- A graduate degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Analytics, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in analytics leadership.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid stakeholder management ability.
