This position calls for a practical warehouse leader who can oversee everyday distribution center activities, keep inventory under control, and make sure orders move out accurately and on time. Core duties

  • Maintain accurate physical stock records and proper bin and location management.
  • Carry out cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory reports.
  • Audit inbound and outbound shipments and verify purchase order matching through a 3-way match process.
  • Track stock levels and identify slow-moving, aged, or obsolete materials for action.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and productivity.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, well-organized, and safe in line with company standards, including 5S practices.
  • Support quality management system procedures and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Resolve operational challenges related to scheduling, batch allocation, and staffing shortages.

Requirements

  • A diploma or equivalent qualification may be accepted; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
  • Certification in warehouse or supply chain operations is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and supply chain workflows.
