Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position in Kochi for a Documentation Manager focused on study abroad operations. The selected candidate will handle student records, keep documentation aligned with internal procedures and external compliance standards, and maintain complete and accurate files. The role also requires coordination with internal teams, improving documentation processes, preparing technical documents, checking for correctness and consistency in written content, and sharing updates with stakeholders in a timely manner.
Key Functions
- Oversee, organize, and maintain student documentation.
- Ensure records meet both internal requirements and external compliance expectations.
- Work with different teams to support smooth documentation handling.
- Improve and simplify documentation workflows where needed.
- Draft and manage technical documentation and related written material.
- Verify that all documents are accurate, consistent, and properly formatted.
- Provide timely reports and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with technical documentation, document control, and document management practices.
- Ability to produce detailed, precise technical writing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-team coordination.
- Good organizational ability and effective time management.
- Exposure to international student recruitment or study abroad processes will be considered an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Comfort with documentation tools and software used for record handling and preparation.
