Role Overview
Redington Limited is seeking an eCommerce Category Manager for its Dubai, UAE location. This position focuses on driving revenue, improving partner activity on the platform, and managing category performance across the Commercial IT segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of revenue delivery for assigned accounts within the Commercial IT segment for the platform team.
- Expand partner participation on the platform for stocked and sellable SKUs across all business units.
- Improve core business KPIs, including the number of active transacting partners, wider reach, and higher transaction frequency.
- Bring experience in managing sales pipelines with SMB and mid-market partners in project-led environments.
- Build inventory forecasts based on current sales patterns to ensure top-selling items remain available.
- Work with pricing and availability teams to keep product information accurate and current.
- Analyze how changes in pricing, assortment, and convenience affect different subcategories, and act on those insights.
- Develop recommendations to increase revenue and margin through cross-sell, upsell, and higher-margin product selection from the full assortment.
- Design customer cohorts using data on lifetime purchases, brands, product lines, revenue, and margin, ensuring the segments are mutually exclusive and collectively exhaustive.
- Own merchandising and catalogue activity for the platform by customer cohort through digital CRM campaigns.
- Partner with the platform development team and brand/product teams to understand direction and provide both quantitative and qualitative input.
- Coordinate with the CRM team to launch campaigns aligned with the merchandising calendar.
