Estimation Manager

Role Overview

An established MEP contracting organization in Dubai is looking for a seasoned Estimation Manager – MEP to lead the preparation of bids and pricing proposals. The position is being handled on behalf of the client by Talent Tide.

What You Will Do

• Take ownership of accurate cost estimation and tender preparation for MEP projects.
• Study drawings, technical specifications, and tender packs to understand the full project scope and pricing requirements.
• Build BOQs, carry out cost breakdowns, and draft commercial submissions.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, and project stakeholders throughout the bid cycle.
• Spot opportunities for value engineering and recommend practical cost reductions.
• Make sure estimates are commercially strong, precise, and delivered on time.

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor’s qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in MEP estimation, with prior exposure to a managerial position.
• Solid understanding of MEP systems, quantity take-off methods, pricing, and tendering workflows.
• Hands-on ability with estimation tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong commercial judgment, analytical thinking, and communication abilities.
• Prior UAE or GCC exposure is preferred.
