- Prepare weekly reporting packs, meeting papers, travel arrangements, visa applications, expenses, and event support for colleagues and stakeholders.
- Represent the team professionally and consistently act as a strong role model for expected workplace behaviours.
- Recognise that risk management is part of the role and raise concerns when needed to protect customers, colleagues, and the bank.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail along with clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-developed diary management skills and the ability to stay organised while adapting quickly as priorities shift.
- Awareness of job-related risks and the responsibility this carries for the individual, the bank, and its stakeholders.
Benefits
- Competitive pay with a discretionary annual bonus.
- Generous holiday allowance.
- Attractive pension scheme.
- Healthcare cover.

- Colleague discounts.
- Training and support to help you succeed in the role.
