  • Prepare polished business reports, board updates, and formal correspondence, maintaining a consistent and professional company tone.
  • Manage incoming emails and messages on the CEO’s behalf, drafting responses when appropriate and escalating urgent items for direct attention.
  • Keep a detailed tracker of delegated tasks, milestones, and deadlines spanning both business and personal commitments.
  • Act as a reliable first contact for employees, partners, and external stakeholders, communicating clearly and diplomatically.

Requirements
