Role overview
This opportunity is for an Executive Assistant based in Dallas, Texas, working onsite with a major international economic consulting firm. The position supports Partners and other senior team members in a high-profile environment where confidentiality, accuracy, and strong coordination skills are essential. It is well suited to someone who is comfortable handling demanding schedules, travel planning, and support for client-facing and case-related work.
Key responsibilities
- Run complex calendars, including court dates, depositions, trial schedules, and client appointments.
- Organize travel across domestic and international locations, including itineraries and related logistics.
- Draft, submit, and monitor expense reports, while also helping with billing-related coordination.
- Keep case files organized and follow important deadlines and deliverables.
- Use LexisNexis CourtLink to support legal research and case tracking.
- Help prepare for depositions, trials, and client meetings.
- Support engagement setup tasks such as conflict checks, engagement letters, and preparation of materials.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings 5 to 10 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership. Background in professional services such as consulting, legal, or finance is highly desirable. The role calls for exceptional organization, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, a polished and discreet approach, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
