Role Overview
This full-time Executive Assistant position is based on-site in Riyadh. The role supports senior leadership through a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks, with an emphasis on keeping schedules, communication, and follow-ups organized and efficient.
Key Duties
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings to keep schedules running smoothly.
- Arrange domestic and international travel plans as needed.
- Prepare, organize, and track expense reports with care and accuracy.
- Draft and format documents, reports, and presentation materials for leadership use.
- Follow up on action items and help ensure important tasks are completed on time.
- Handle correspondence and maintain clear communication across internal teams and external contacts.
- File, organize, and maintain records and documents in an orderly manner.
- Support both internal and external meeting coordination.
- Safeguard sensitive information and use discretion at all times.
- Look for practical ways to improve administrative workflows and executive support processes.
Qualifications
- Solid experience providing executive and general administrative support, particularly in calendar and meeting coordination.
- Background in assisting senior leaders by preparing presentations, organizing priorities, and managing confidential information.
- Experience compiling, monitoring, and reconciling expense claims accurately.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, with a professional approach to working with stakeholders.
- Comfort using common office tools such as email, calendars, spreadsheets, and presentation software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- A proactive, dependable, and polished professional presence.
- Previous work as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is required; experience in tech or e-commerce is considered an advantage.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related subject is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
