Position Overview
This role is for a seasoned executive recruiter who will own end-to-end hiring for senior leadership positions. The focus is on identifying, attracting, and securing high-caliber professionals at Director, Vice President, and C-suite levels. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape hiring strategy and deliver strong recruitment outcomes.
The ideal hire has deep experience in executive search, is comfortable handling sensitive and complex searches, and knows how to engage passive candidates while guiding stakeholders through the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Run complete recruitment cycles for senior and executive roles, including Director, VP, and C-suite positions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align on hiring needs, role expectations, and market positioning.
- Create and implement focused sourcing plans to reach top-level talent.
- Develop long-term relationships with passive candidates and key industry contacts.
- Assess candidates in depth for leadership capability, culture fit, and strategic alignment.
- Prepare strong candidate shortlists with clear recommendations and supporting insights.
- Oversee interviews and selection steps while providing a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Share guidance on market movement, compensation trends, and competitive hiring intelligence.
- Lead offer discussions and support successful executive-level closings.
- Handle all search activity with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in executive search or leadership-focused recruitment.
- Demonstrated success placing Director, VP, and/or C-level candidates.
- Background in managing difficult, high-impact hiring assignments.
- Ability to connect with and persuade passive candidates.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Professional conduct, sound judgment, discretion, and integrity are essential.
