Role overview
Civeo Australia is hiring FIFO Administrators for its South Australia village operations. This role is suited to someone who can manage day-to-day site administration, keep records accurate, and help coordinate workforce activities in a remote FIFO environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle routine administrative duties and maintain site records and documentation.
- Support roster planning, timekeeping, and internal site communication.
- Assist with onboarding, workforce mobilisation, and compliance-related processes.
- Provide practical support to site leaders and operational teams whenever needed.
Experience that will stand out
Applicants with experience using INX for mobilisation, onboarding, travel, and compliance tasks will be looked upon favourably. Familiarity with site-based workforce platforms such as INX, SAP, or similar systems is also an advantage.
Work pattern and location
The position follows a 14-days-on, 7-days-off roster with 12-hour shifts. Travel is FIFO from Adelaide or Port Augusta to the South Australia village.
Pay
The salary for this role is $96,965.27 per year, plus 12% superannuation.
