Role Overview

A transportation organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day fleet activity across several regions. The position suits professionals with practical exposure to fleet control, dispatch coordination, fuel transport, car carriers, and logistics support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee routine fleet and transport operations on a daily basis.
• Work with dispatch staff to plan trips, assign drivers, and organize routes.
• Track vehicle movement, operational performance, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate driver schedules and ensure compliance with operating requirements.
• Support activities related to fuel transport, car carriers, tippers, and logistics work.
• Help maintain efficiency while keeping operating costs under control.
• Compile daily operational updates and liaise with branch management.

Requirements

• Background in fleet operations or transport supervision is required.
• Prior experience collaborating with dispatchers and drivers is important.
• Solid understanding of trip scheduling, route planning, and fleet coordination is needed.
• Experience in fuel transport, car carriers, tippers, or logistics operations will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting abilities are necessary.
