Description de l'emploi

Role overview

Rapid Pioneers Group is a consumer-focused investment and company-building group based in Berlin, with a strong track record across beauty, food and beverages, and FMCG. The team is looking for a high-potential generalist who wants to be involved in the full spectrum of work: identifying promising ideas, evaluating investment opportunities, and helping shape the wider ecosystem around the company.

As the Founder’s Associate, you will partner directly with the founder across three main areas: launching new consumer businesses, supporting investment decisions, and strengthening the community around the group. This is a hands-on role with meaningful responsibility from day one, rather than a traditional support position.

What you will do

You will contribute to company creation by spotting emerging market shifts, identifying gaps in the consumer space, developing original business concepts, and helping drive them from early concept through launch.

You will also support the investment side by engaging with founders, sourcing and assessing opportunities, coordinating due diligence, and turning your analysis into clear recommendations.

In addition, you will help grow the group’s network by planning and co-hosting events, building relationships with founders, investors, and brand builders, and representing the company both online and in person.

Required profile

The ideal candidate holds at least a bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university and brings a minimum of one year of experience in a demanding environment such as consulting, startups, scale-ups, venture capital, finance, or brand building. Strong internship experience at a high level may also be taken into account.

You should be based in Germany or open to relocating there, and you must be comfortable communicating clearly in English, both in writing and speaking. Interest and hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Co-Work and Lovable are also expected.

Beyond credentials, the role calls for someone who genuinely enjoys consumer brands, company building, and startup culture. You should be a fast thinker who can break down uncertain problems, act without waiting for instructions, bring your own ideas, take ownership, and enjoy connecting people and building relationships.

What’s in it for you

You will work closely with one of Europe’s more experienced consumer company builders and investors, gaining direct exposure to the full lifecycle of building and backing businesses, from idea generation to execution and exit.

The role offers a steep learning curve, fast-paced decision-making, early responsibility, and the potential to grow into a leadership position over time.

Interview process

  • First conversation: a 20-minute introductory discussion to align on the role, setup, and expectations.
  • In-depth interview: a 45-minute discussion focused on your experience, ambitions, and fit with the team’s mission.
  • Case interview: a 45-minute practical exercise to assess how you structure problems, think through them, and communicate your conclusions.
  • Feedback call.
